Party Time is Almost Here!

Well today is just three short days before my sister's wedding, and Party Time is Almost Here!! So I'm super busy today doing wedding stuff and helping her move some things into her new house! So today's weigh-in post is going to be short and sweet, with just the minimum info :) And as usual, of course I'm linking up with Erin & Alex!

Initial starting weight = 227
January starting weight = 217
Last week, May 8 = 188
Today, May 15 = 188

This means I'm still the exact same weight from last week. And I guess that's OK, because at least it's not a gain! I'm really, really hoping to be at 187 though next Wednesday, because that's a nice round number from my starting weight. So fingers crossed I hit 187 next week! (Which would mean 30 pounds lost since January, and 40 pounds lost overall!)

And my workouts for the past week have been:
Wednesday: 8.4 mile bike-ride with Jeff (547 calories)
Thursday: 1-mile run & lots of yard work (423 calories)
Friday: rest day...
Saturday: rest day...
Sunday: rest day for Mother's Day and family time!
Monda: 3-mile walk at lunch time with my Aunt (411 calories)
Tuesday: 1-mile run and 60 minutes of Zumba (850 calories)

Things are going pretty great for me still on the workout and weight loss fronts! I'm staying motivated and determined, and trying to eat healthy. That however will prove to be super tricky over the next few days with all the wedding craziness coming up! Tomorrow is the bridal luncheon and the bachelorette party. Friday we'll be busy doing last-minute decorating stuff during lunch, and the rehearsal dinner Friday night. And then I'll be eating wedding-day yummies all day Saturday! Sooo, I might need to do a little cleanse or something starting on Sunday to get me back on track, but I'll do the best I can, and see where it leaves me after it's all over!

Great job on your workouts! Staying the same is much better than a gain! Keep it up!!

Having splurges is a normal part of life and I don't worry too much about stuff like that. Plus you know that you can get right back on track the next day. Esther Norine Designs estherdavison@gmail.com

looking good! Have a great time this weekend, and drink lots of water, maybe that will help curb the desire to eat too much...otherwise enjoy!!!
